Meet Amy

​Amy resides in Beaverton, Oregon and is a former Career Firefighter/Paramedic turned CreARTist and Holistic Wellness Advocate. She specializes in Expressive Art Healing Services, Nervous System Regulation, Trauma & Addiction Recovery, Meditation, Frequency & Energy Alignment, Spiritual Healing Practices, and Transformational Guidance. She will be your steward through metamorphic recovery and alignment of the physical, emotional and energetic aspects within you.

Having been on a lifelong quest for her true self and inner peace; for many years she looked outside herself for a sense of belonging, a place of acceptance, and validation from others as confirmation of her worth. What she has found along her own transformational journey has been nothing short of spiritual enlightenment and true alignment between my body, spirit, and soul. Everything she needed to align was within her all along.
